Major changes to progression, combat, economy, death mechanics, rune rewards, and NFT scaling are now live.


πŸ”ƒ Reload & Sleep Changes

  • Reloading spawns you at your last save position

  • Reloading does NOT replenish player health

  • Reloading or sleeping in player house fully restores all monster health


πŸ’€ Death System Overhaul

Rune Recovery

  • All carried Runes drop at your death location

  • You may return to recover them

  • Dying again before recovery permanently deletes them

Inventory Penalty

  • On death, an RNG roll removes either:

    • 50% of active inventory items

    • or 100% of active inventory items

Protected Items (Never Deleted)

  • Equipped gear

  • Quick-slot items

  • Shop-purchased items

  • Loot Boxes


πŸ’° Rune System Update

  • Runes can no longer be stored in chests

Rune Rewards

  • Each monster now has its own Rune drop range

  • Rune rewards are determined by RNG within that range

  • Higher Luck biases the roll toward the higher end of the Rune range

Rune drops are no longer fixed values and are no longer based on separate bonus rolls.


πŸ€ Luck Stat Update

Luck now affects:

  • Rune drop roll bias (higher Luck increases the probability of landing higher Rune outcomes over time)

  • Critical hit chance

  • Bonus loot drop chance

Luck does not guarantee maximum Rune rewards.

Even at low Luck, players can still roll high Rune or loot outcomes. Higher Luck simply increases the statistical likelihood of better results over multiple encounters.


🧩 NFT Multiplier Rework

NFT scaling has been redesigned for smoother progression and balanced leaderboard impact.

Multiplier Logic

  • Every additional NFT increases your multiplier

  • Multiplier growth follows a diminishing returns model

  • Tier bonuses unlock at:

    • 1 NFT

    • 7 NFTs

    • 20 NFTs

    • 50 NFTs

    • 100 NFTs

    • 200 NFTs

  • Total multiplier is capped at 1.35x

Score Formula

Level Γ— 1000 Γ— Multiplier Score is rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Weapon Scaling

  • Short Sword β†’ Strength + Dexterity

Armor Scaling

  • Heavy Armor β†’ Strength

  • Medium Armor β†’ Strength + Dexterity

  • Light Armor β†’ Dexterity

Durability Adjustments

  • Updated durability values for weapons, armor, and tools

  • Durability loss correctly applies per hit used
